摘要
目的探讨在老年股骨粗隆肩骨折的治疗中,应用人工髋关节置换术的治疗效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月盐城同洲骨科医院接收的老年股骨粗隆肩骨折患者72例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组实施股骨近端防旋髓内钉固定治疗;研究组予以人工髋关节置换术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组优良率94.44%(34/36)高于对照组的75.00%(27/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术相关指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为5.56%(2/36)低于对照组的27.78%(10/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用人工髋关节置换术,对老年股骨粗隆间骨折进行治疗,治疗效果理想,能够有效改善患者的肢体功能,促使其尽早恢复,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods 72 elderly patients with femoral trochanteric shoulder fracture admitted to Tongzhou Orthopedic Hospital of Yancheng from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 36 cases each.Control group was treated with proximal femur antirotation intramedullary nailing.The study group was treated with artificial hip replacement and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%(27/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relevant indexes of actual operation in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complication of the study group was 5.56%(2/36),which was lower than that of the control group 27.78%(10/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the life quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial hip replacement for the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture of femur,the therapeutic effect is ideal,can effectively improve the limb function of patients,promote their early recovery,reduce complications.
