摘要
我国国土资源丰富、幅员辽阔,同时,地质条件和构造复杂、地质活动频繁,经济损失巨大。基于此,对灾害的监测和预报刻不容缓,相关部门和企业应结合《全国地质灾害防治“十三五”规划》要求,“以人为本、预防为主、统筹部署、科学减灾”,利用大数据下物联网优势,以监测土地及环境保护、利用自然资源为重要前提,利用物联网思维将北斗卫星导航系统(以下简称北斗系统)和地质灾害监测相结合,探寻有效的监测手段,引导企业合理开发利用正在修复或修复完成的生态环境中的各类自然资源,并借助北斗卫星建立高点视频综合监测站,以物联网云平台实现实时监测。从而提高生态环境部门建设、运营水平和管理执法的准确性和及时性。
China is rich in land resources and has a vast territory.At the same time,geological conditions and structures are complex,geological activities are frequent,and economic losses are huge.Based on this,monitoring and forecasting of disasters are urgent.It is necessary to combine the requirements of the“13th Five Year Plan for National Geological Disaster Prevention and Control”,“peopleoriented,prevention first,coordinated deployment,and scientific disaster reduction”.Utilizing the advantages of the Internet of Things under big data,with monitoring land and the environment as an important prerequisite for protecting and utilizing natural resources,utilizing the thinking of the Internet of Things to combine Beidou navigation and geological disaster monitoring,exploring effective monitoring methods,and guiding the rational development and utilization of various natural resources in the ecological environment being repaired or completed.By utilizing the Beidou satellite to establish a high point video comprehensive monitoring station and using the Internet of Things cloud platform to achieve real-time monitoring,we aim to improve the accuracy and timeliness of law enforcement by the Ecological Environment Bureau for construction,operation,and management.
