摘要
为促进再生混凝土材料的有效利用,设计试验分析钢纤维再生混凝土抗折强度、劈拉强度和钢纤维掺量、再生骨料掺量之间关系,构建回归方程明确抗折强度、劈拉强度之间的关系。试验结果表明:再生骨料掺量提升时会引起材料抗折强度和劈裂强度下降,其中掺入100%再生骨料时抗折强度降低12%~28%、劈拉强度降低9%~16%;钢纤维的掺入能够限制混凝土内部微小裂缝并强化材料整体性,掺入1%钢纤维时抗折强度提升16%~40%、劈拉强度提升13%~23%,钢纤维是导致钢纤维再生混凝土抗折强度、劈拉强度提升的关键因素。
In order to promote the effective utilization of recycled concrete materials,the relationship between flexural strength,splitting strength,steel fiber content and recycled aggregate content of steel fiber recycled concrete is analyzed by design experiments,and the regression equation is constructed to clarify the relation-ship between flexural strength and splitting strength.The test results show that the flexural strength and split-ting strength of the material will decrease when the content of recycled aggregate is increased,and the flexural strength and splitting strength will be reduced by 12%~28%and 9%~16%when 100%recycled aggregate is added;When mixed with 1%steel fiber,the flexural strength is increased by 16%~40%,and the splitting strength is increased by 13%~23%;Steel fiber is the key reason for the improvement of flexural strength and splitting strength of steel fiber recycled concrete.
