摘要
面对饲料产能趋于饱和,以及饲料粮价格不断上涨的问题,饲料企业间的竞争日益加剧。为加快适应新的市场环境,提升饲料企业核心竞争力,必须要从公司治理的角度入手,把握好饲料企业现代化经营趋势,不断丰富企业治理手段,加快完善企业治理结构,以便更好地提升饲料企业的经营管理水平。为此,本文从公司治理的角度分析饲料企业治理结构关键点,并根据饲料企业治理存在的问题提出相关措施,助力饲料企业的可持续发展。
Faced with the problem of feed production capacity becoming saturated and feed grain prices constantly rising,competition among feed enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to accelerate the adaptation to the new market environment and enhance the core competitiveness of feed enterprises,it is necessary to start from the perspective of corporate governance,grasp the trend of modern operation of feed enterprises,continuously enrich corporate governance methods,accelerate the improvement of corporate governance structure,and better enhance the management level of feed enterprises.Therefore,this article analyzes the key points of the governance structure of feed enterprises from the perspective of corporate governance,and proposes improvement measures based on the problems in feed enterprise governance,hoping to help feed enterprises achieve sustainable development.
