摘要
本文在分析深远海多功能船舶对推进系统多工况运行需求的基础上,研究电力推进系统在布置灵活性、操纵性、经济性和环境保护方面的优势,开展了电力推进在深远海多功能船舶上的适应性研究,并对电力推进系统总体配置构架、核心设备选型进行了分析,重点包括变频器选型、谐波畸变控制、移相变压器以及预充磁系统原理设计。研究结果表明,以变频调速系统为核心的电力推进系统,综合性能优良,完全满足深远海多功能船舶作业需求,具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper,based on the analysis of the multiple working condition requirements of the propulsion system for modern deep sea multi-functional vessel,the advantages of electric propulsion system concerning layout flexibility,manoeuvrability,economy and environment protection are fully studied.Then its adaptability in multi-functional deep sea vessel is justified accordingly.Furthermore,the general configuration and key issues of the electric propulsion system and critical equipment selection are analysed,including main frequency converter selection,harmonic distortion control,phase shift transformer and associated pre-magnetization system.The results show that electric propulsion system,integrated with the frequency converter equipment is comprehensively excellent in performance and is ideally applicable for operation of deep sea multi-functional vessel,with wonderful application future.
