摘要
目的对云南省某三甲医院护理实习生护理信息能力现状及其影响因素进行分析,为后续制订护理实习生护理信息能力培养方案提供参考。方法于2022年11—12月采用整群抽样法选取云南省某三甲医院220名护理实习生为研究对象,进行问卷调查。结果实习生护理信息能力在性别、年龄、学历、英语等级以及是否学习过护理信息学相关课程、是否学习过文献检索类课程或接受过相关技能培训等方面比较差异有统计学意义。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、是否学习过护理信息学相关课程是护理实习生护理信息能力的独立影响因素。结论该院护理实习生的护理信息能力较弱,需重视并加强护理实习生护理信息能力培训。
Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of nursing information ability among nursing interns in a Grade-A hospital in Yunnan Province,and provide reference for the subsequent development of nursing information ability training programs for nursing interns.Methods From November to December 2022,a cluster sampling method was used to select 220 nursing interns from a Grade-A hospital in Yunnan Province as the research subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results There were statistically significant differences in nursing information skills among interns in terms of gender,age,educational background,English level,and whether they had studied nursing informatics related courses,literature retrieval courses,or received relevant skill training.Multiple linear regression analysis shows that gender and whether nursing informatics related courses have been studied are independent influencing factors on nursing information ability of nursing interns.Conclusion The nursing information ability of nur-sing interns in this hospital is weak,and it is necessary to pay attention to training of nursing information ability for nursing interns.
