摘要
目的了解全国超声医学专业医疗服务质量现状,为超声诊断质量持续提升提供参考。方法基于国家医疗质量管理与控制信息网,收集并分析2020年和2021年全国31个省、自治区、直辖市(含新疆生产建设兵团)共5677家医疗机构11个超声诊断医疗质量控制指标相关数据。结果2021年超声医师月均工作量较2020年明显增加,超声危急值10分钟内通报完成率、超声诊断符合率、乳腺占位超声诊断准确率较2020年明显提高,其余7个指标变化不大。不同类型医疗机构指标数据存在差异。结论我国超声医师工作负荷较大,超声危急值10分钟内通报完成率仍有改进空间,超声报告书写有待进一步规范化,不同类型医疗机构超声诊断水平存在差异。国家超声医学质量控制中心应开展针对性质控,助推超声诊断质量提升。
Objective To investigate the status quo of medical service quality of ultrasound medicine in China and provide a reference for continuous improvement of ultrasound diagnosis quality.Methods Based on the National Clinical Improvement System,the data of 11 ultrasonic diagnosis medical quality control indicators of 5677 medical institutions in 31 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities(including Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps)in 2020 and 2021 were collected and analyzed.Results The average monthly workload of sonographers in 2021 increased significantly compared with that in 2020,the completion rate of critical value notification of ultrasound within 10 minutes,the conformity rate of ultrasound diagnosis,and the accuracy rate of breast space occupying ultrasound diagnosis were significantly improved compared with 2020,and the other 7 indicators had little change.There were differences in the data of different types of medical institutions.Conclusion The workload of Chinese sonographers is large,the completion rate of critical value notification within 10 minutes still has room for improvement,and the writing of ultrasonic report needs to be further standardized.There are differences in the level of ultrasonic diagnosis in different types of medical institutions.The National Ultrasonic Medical Quality Control Center should carry out targeted quality control to promote the quality of ultrasonic diagnosis.
