钢套箱围堰施工数值仿真分析及拼装技术研究

摘要 钢套箱是深水基础中常见的临时性挡水结构。本文研究对象为钢套箱围堰,以实体工程为依托,根据现场监测数据分析围堰结构的稳定性和变形,并以MIDAS Civil 2016建立数值仿真模型,探究围堰结构的力学特性,最终得出围堰结构顶部水平位移满足设计要求,而顶部沉降量超出控制值,需要采取其他措施进行加固;围堰底部与侧板连接处的弯曲应力和剪应力最大;围堰面板底部和上部变形最小,变形由外侧向中心扩张。根据现场监测和数值仿真结果,可以解决深水围堰的安装难题,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 Steel box is a common temporary water retaining structure in deep water foundation.The research object of this paper is the steel box cofferdam,based on the solid project,the stability and deformation of the cofferdam structure are analyzed according to the field monitoring data,and a numerical simulation model is established based on MIDAS Civil 2016 to explore the mechanical characteristics of the cofferdam structure,finally,it was concluded that the horizontal displacement at the top of the cofferdam structure meets the design requirements,but the settlement at the top exceeds the control value,and other measures should be taken to strengthen it,the bending stress and shear stress at the connection between the bottom of the cofferdam and the side plate are the highest,the bottom and top of the cofferdam panel have the smallest deformation,and the deformation expands from the outside to the center.According to the results of field monitoring and numerical simulation,the installation problem of deep water cofferdam can be solved,and it can provide reference for similar projects.
