高校美术师范生教师胜任力评价体系构建研究 被引量:2

A Study on the Construction of Teacher Competence Evaluation System for Art Normal Students in Colleges and Universities

摘要 美术师范生教师胜任力是衡量美术师范生培养质量的重要指标。构建以师德胜任力、教学胜任力、育人胜任力和发展胜任力为核心的美术师范生教师胜任力三级评价体系对美术师范生的培养具有重要意义。通过对美术师范生教师胜任力的问卷调查发现,美术师范生高度重视师德胜任力与教学胜任力,对育人胜任力和发展胜任力的关注程度稍弱,而对师德胜任力自我感知评价明显高于教学胜任力、育人胜任力和发展胜任力。因此,高校在对美术师范生的培育过程中应有针对性地注重师德教育,增强师德胜任力;调整课程结构,增强教学胜任力;加强实践指导,增强育人胜任力;激发内生动力,增强发展胜任力。 The teacher competence of art normal students is an important index to measure the cultivation quality of art normal students.It is of great significance to construct the three-level teacher competence evaluation system for the cultivation of art normal students,which is centered on teacher's moral competence,teaching competence,educating competence and developing competence.Through the questionnaire survey on teacher competence for art normal students,it is found that art normal students attach great importance to teacher's moral competence and teaching competence,and they pay less attention to educating competence and developing competence.The self-perceived evaluation of teachers'moral competence is obviously higher than that of teaching competence,educating competence and developing competence.Therefore,in the process of cultivating art normal students,colleges and universities should pay attention to the education of teacher's morality,strengthening the teacher's moral competence;adjust the curriculum structure to enhance the teaching competence;strengthen the guidance of practice to enhance the educating competence and stimulate the endogenous power to enhance the developing competence.
