摘要
通过对国外巨构建筑理论及经典案例分析,从城市化进程中的巨构建筑设计理念、城市更新中的巨构建筑思想演变、城市可持续理念下的当代巨构建筑发展特征与启示3个角度梳理巨构建筑的发展思潮与当代特征,尝试探讨巨构建筑如何在解决土地集约化问题的同时满足当代社会城市居民的多样化需求,实现建筑与周围环境的融合及可持续发展。以期通过提升建筑的功能适用性和生态适应性促进中国的城市运行效率和社会空间内涵品质的提升与发展。
Based on the analysis of foreign theories and classic cases of mega-structure architecture,this paper summarizes the development and contemporary characteristics of megastructure from three perspectives:the design concept of mega-structure architecture in the process of urbanization,the evolution of mega-structure thought in the process of urban renewal and the development characteristics and enlightenment of contemporary mega-structures under the concept of urban sustainability.This paper tries to discuss how to solve the problem of land intensification and meet the diversified needs of urban residents in contemporary society,so as to realize the integration and sustainable development of architecture and surrounding environment,and to promote the improvement and development of urban operation efficiency and social space quality by improving functional applicability and ecological adaptability of buildings.
