摘要
目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2019年1月—2022年6月南通大学附属医院如皋分院(如皋博爱医院)经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗的106例临床诊断腰椎间盘突出症的患者,所有患者采用视觉模拟疼痛评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswes‐try Disability Index,ODI)和Mac Nab标准评估疗效,记录治疗中和治疗后的并发症。结果手术后患者的腰痛评分分别为(0.88±0.45)分,腿痛评分为(0.79±0.56)分,ODI评分为(10.45±1.57)分,显著低于手术前的(7.87±1.34)分、(6.89±1.45)分和(56.24±6.83)分,差异有统计学意义(t=50.912、40.404、67.270,P<0.05);按照评定标准,患者治愈72例,良31例,无效3例,治疗总有效率为97.16%。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快、保证解剖结构的完整性和力学稳定性的优点,治疗效果明确。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous pulmonary thromboembolic dis‐ease therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of one hundred and six patients with clini‐cally diagnosed lumbar disc herniation were selected from Rugao Branch of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong Univer‐sity(Rugao Bo'ai Hospital),who were treated by percutaneous pulmonary thromboembolic disease therapy from Janu‐ary 2019 to June 2022.All patients were evaluated using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI)and Mac Nab criteria,and complications during and after treatment were recorded.Results The postoperative low back pain scores of patients was(0.88±0.45)points,and leg pain scores was(0.79±0.56)points,ODI scores was(10.45±1.57)points,significantly lower than those of(7.87±1.34)points,(6.89±1.45)points and(56.24±6.83)points before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(t=50.912,40.404,67.270,P<0.05).According to the evaluation criteria,72 cases were cured,31 cases were good,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 97.16%.Conclusion Percutaneous pulmonary thromboembolic disease therapy for lumbar disc herniation has the ad‐vantages of less surgical trauma,rapid recovery after surgery,integrity of anatomical structure and mechanical stabil‐ity,and the therapeutic effect is clear.
