摘要
目的评价2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者采用达格列净治疗对于机体血尿酸和血脂代谢的效果。方法回顾性分析2018年2月—2020年2月上海交通大学医学院附属苏州九龙医院接诊患有2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征的80例患者资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各40例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予达格列净治疗。比较两组患者疗效。结果治疗后,观察组空腹静脉血糖、餐后2 h静脉血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组尿酸水平(301.27±78.93)μmol/L比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.912,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者采用达格列净治疗的效果显著,可以更好地控制血糖与血脂代谢,有利于降低血尿酸。
Objective To evaluate the effects of dapagliflozin treatment on blood uric acid and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with metabolic syndrome.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the data of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with metabolic syndrome who were admitted to Suzhou Jiulong Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from February 2018 to February 2020.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin.Compared the therapeutic effects of two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the fasting venous blood glucose,2-hour postprandial venous blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uric acid level in the observation group was(301.27±78.93)μmol/L was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.912,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with metabolic syndrome patients with dapagliflozin treatment is effective,can better control blood glucose and lipid metabolism,which is conducive to reducing blood uric acid.
