摘要 2022年底美国3M公司宣布将于2025年底停产氟化物气体(其中包括C_(4)F_(7)N、C_(5)F_(10O)和C_(6)F_(12O)),同时欧盟也提出更加严格的含氟温室气体法规提案,引发了国内外环保绝缘气体研究机构、设备制造商和电网企业的广泛关注,对C_(4)F_(7)N气体未来的研究和应用前景产生了困惑。为分析欧美含氟气体法规对C_(4)F_(7)N气体未来应用发展趋势的影响,首先回顾了C_(4)F_(7)N气体的提出、技术研究和应用现状,指出目前在应用层面C_(4)F_(7)N气体更加适合用于110 kV及以上至特高压等级设备,目前以欧洲和我国应用为主,在研究层面国内学者占主导。接着从3M公司的C_(4)F_(7)N气体生产成本、技术指标、市场前景等方面分析了其停产C_(4)F_(7)N气体的原因。最后对比了C_(4)F_(7)N气体、其他环保绝缘气体、洁净空气、真空等几条主要的SF_(6)替代技术路线的优缺点和应用场景,对不同电压等级条件下现有环保绝缘气体的适用性进行了界定;结合国内电力设备电压等级更高且国内已能自主可控生产C_(4)F_(7)N气体的实际情况,提出在我国110 kV及以上输变电电压等级设备中仍然需要继续研究并应用C_(4)F_(7)N气体。 At the end of 2022,3M Company in the United States proposed a plan to shut down the production of perfluoroisobutyronitrile gas(which include C_(4)F_(7)N,C_(5)F_(10O)and C_(6)F_(12O)),while the EU has also put forward a proposal for stricter regulations on fluorinated gases,which attracted widespread attention from environmental insulation gas researchers,equipment manufacturers and grid companies,domestically and internationally.Many people are confused about the application prospects of C_(4)F_(7)N gas.In order to analyze the impact of European and American fluorinated gases regulations on future trend in C_(4)F_(7)N gas applications,we firstly review the proposal,technical research,and application status of C_(4)F_(7)N gas,and point out that,at the application level,C_(4)F_(7)N gas is currently more suitable to be used in equipment of 110 kV and above up to the extra-high voltage level,the application is mainly in Europe and China,and domestic scholars dominate at the research level.Furthermore,we analyze the reasons for the shutdown of C_(4)F_(7)N gas production by 3M in terms of its production costs,technical specifications,and market prospects.Finally,the advantages,disadvantages and application scenarios of several major SF_(6)replacement technology routes,such as C_(4)F_(7)N gas,other environmentally friendly insulating gases,clean air,vacuum,etc.,are compared,and the applicability of the existing environmentally friendly insulating gases is defined for different voltage levels.Combined with the higher voltage level of domestic power equipment and the fact that China has been able to independently control the production of C_(4)F_(7)N gas,and it is proposed that C_(4)F_(7)N gas in the equipment of 110 kV and above transmission and substation voltage levels still needs to be further studied and applied in high voltage level equipment in China.
