摘要
城市绿地部分测区分布在建筑物密集的市区中心,由于周围建筑密度较大,采用地面测绘技术获取的数据不完整。航空测绘技术具有响应迅速、受空域管制程度偏低且适应不同测区能力强等优势。基于大比例航空测绘技术,提出一种城市绿地覆盖规划方法。利用频域滤波法与控制场像点校正方法,去除绿地影像无效噪声。采用定位定姿系统与精密授时技术,利用搭载的拍摄设备采集绿地数据。经空中三角测量与加密后,得到数字正射影像图、数字地表模型、数字线划地图等地理信息,完成城市绿地覆盖规划。实验结果验证了研究方法能满足城市测绘的高精度要求,规划出的绿地覆盖方案具有合理性,上述方法的应用优势明显,实用性较强。
The survey area of urban green space is distributed in the center of densely populated urban areas.Due to the high density of surrounding buildings,the data obtained using ground surveying technology is incomplete.Aerial mapping technology has some advantages such as rapid response,low degree of airspace control and strong adaptability.Based on large-scale aerial mapping technology,this paper presented a planning method for urban green coverage.The frequency-domain filtering method and the method of correcting control field image points were used to remove the invalid noise form the image of green land.Moreover,the position and orientation system and precise time service were adopted,and then the green space data were collected by equipped cameras.After the aerial triangulation and encryption,the geographic information such as digital orthographic images,digital surface model and digital line map were obtained.Finally,the urban green coverage planning was finalized.Experimental results prove that the proposed method can meet the high-precision requirements in city surveying and mapping,and plans a reasonable green coverage,with obvious application advantage and strong practicability.
