摘要
以ZTC-4钛合金中介机匣为研究对象,利用ProCAST有限元软件对圆角值分别为3、5和7 mm的流道与支板转接进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,不同流道与支板转接处的圆角值温度场变化与热裂倾向结果基本一致;在分流环应力分布中,流道与支板转接圆角值为5 mm与7 mm所形成的应力场分布均优于3 mm的;随后利用小孔法对中介机匣表面的残余应力进行了测量,结果与模拟结果基本吻合,验证了模拟的准确性。
The finite element software ProCAST was adopted to numerically simulate the transition between the runner and the support plate with rounded corners of 3,5 and 7 mm of ZTC-4 titanium alloy intermediate casing,respectively.The results indicate that variation of fillet temperature field between different runners and support plate are basically consistent with the results of hot crack tendency.In the stress distribution of shunt ring,the stress field distribution formed by rounded angle value of 5 mm and 7 mm is superior to that of 3 mm.The residual stress on the surface of casing was measured by small hole method,and results basically coincide with simulated ones,verifying the simulation feasibility.
