摘要
金花葵中的金丝桃苷是具有多种生物活性的黄酮醇苷类化合物,其作用机制独特、药用价值高,具有镇痛、降糖等功效。本文介绍了金花葵中金丝桃苷的功效及其在食品领域和医药领域中的应用现状,分析了其应用前景,为金花葵在食品领域和医药等方面的应用提供参考。
Hyperoside in Abelmoschus manihot is a flavonol glycogen with a variety of biological activities,with a unique mechanism of action,high medicinal value,analgesic,hypoglycemic and other effects.This paper introduced the efficacy of hyperoside in Abelmoschus manihot and its application status in food and medicine fields,analyzed its application prospect,and provided reference for the application of Abelmoschus manihot in food and medicine fields.
