摘要
数字经济时代,新创企业依附数字平台赋能整合内外资源并创造价值已经成为一种普遍现象。然而,关于如何更好地“借力”数字平台,突破新创企业“新”和“小”所导致的资源约束,仍尚待深入探析。基于资源基础视角和网络关系视角,探讨了数字平台能力对新创企业成长的影响,并采用有调节的中介效应模型考察了新颖型商业模式创新与组织合法性的作用机制。研究结果表明:平台整合能力、平台重构能力均显著正向影响新创企业成长;新颖型商业模式创新分别在平台整合能力、平台重构能力与新创企业成长之间起到部分中介作用;组织合法性分别调节了新颖型商业模式创新对平台整合能力、平台重构能力与新创企业成长的中介作用。研究结论揭示了新创企业借助数字平台来缓解资源不平等行为并实现成长的内在机理,对数字经济情境下平台创业具有较好的启示。
In the digital age,it has become a common phenomenon that start-ups rely on digital platforms to integrate resources and create value.However,there have been studies on how to better leverage digital platforms to break through the resource constraints caused by“newborn weak”start-ups,but it still needs to be further explored.Drawing on resource-based perspective and network relationship perspective,it analysed the effect of digital platform capability on the growth of start-ups based on a moderated mediation model.The main findings are as following.Digital platform capability(platform integration capability and platform reconfiguration capability)has positive effect on the growth of start-ups.Novelty-centered business model innovation play a partial mediator role between digital platform capability(platform integration capability and platform reconfiguration capability)and the growth of start-ups.Organizational legitimacy positively moderates the mediative effect of novelty-centered business model innovation on the relationship between digital platform capability and the growth of start-ups.It reveals the internal mechanism of start-ups leveraging digital platform to alleviate resource inequality and achieve growth,and provides valuable insights for platform entrepreneurship in the digital economy era.
