摘要
目的:探讨间歇充气加压对脑卒中深静脉血栓的预防效果。方法:将福州某三级甲等中医院的114例脑卒中患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各57例。对照组按照常规临床路径治疗,试验组在此基础上应用间歇充气加压进行干预。干预前、干预1周后、干预2周后进行深静脉血栓可能性评分,干预前后抽取空腹静脉血测定D-二聚体。结果:干预2周后,试验组D-二聚体水平、深静脉血栓可能性评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:间歇充气加压能够有效预防脑卒中患者并发深静脉血栓,促进患者康复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of intermittent inflatable compression on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in stroke.Methods:114 stroke patients in a Grade A hospital in Fuzhou were divided into experimental group and 57 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated according to the conventional clinical route,and the intervention group applied intermittent inflatable pressure.Deep vein thrombosis likelihood score was performed before,1 week after and 2 weeks after intervention,and fasting venous blood was drawn to measure D-dimer before and after intervention.Results:After 2 weeks of intervention,the D-dimer level and DVT probability score in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent inflatable compression can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis in stroke patients and promote the recovery of patients.
