叶面喷施钛微肥对三七生长及药材质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:明确叶面喷施钛微肥对三七生长、皂苷合成及重金属含量的影响,并筛选出合适施用浓度。方法:本试验以云南省普洱市澜沧县林下二年生三七为材料,在叶片上喷施不同浓度的钛微肥溶液(0.04%、0.05%、0.07%、0.1%),检测林下三七生长指标、根中皂苷含量及重金属含量。结果:喷施0.1%的钛微肥能显著促进林下三七生物量的积累,林下三七植株株高显著提升;喷施0.07%~0.1%的钛微肥,林下三七根中皂苷含量显著提高;喷施0.05%的钛微肥,林下三七对重金属Cu的吸收显著降低。结论:叶面喷施钛微肥可促进林下三七植株的生长,促进皂苷合成并拮抗重金属Cu的积累,合适的钛微肥浓度为0.1%。本研究为钛微肥应用于三七栽培提供了依据。 Objective:To investigate the effects of titanium microfertilizer spraying on the growth,saponin synthesis and heavy met⁃al content ofPanax notoginseng,and to screen out the optimal application concentration.Methods:In this experiment,biannualPanax notoginsengof Lancang county,Pu′er city,Yunnan province was used as material,and the leaves were sprayed with different concentra⁃tions of titanium microfertilizer solution(0.04%,0.05%,0.07%,0.1%)to detect the growth index,saponin content and heavy metal content in the roots ofPanax notoginseng.Results:The biomass accumulation ofPanax notoginsengand plant height ofPanax notogin⁃sengwere significantly increased by applying 0.1%titanium microfertilizer.After spraying titanium microfertilizer with 0.07%to 0.1%,the saponins content inPanax notoginsengroots was significantly increased.The Cu absorption ofPanax notoginsengby spraying 0.05%titanium microfertilizer was significantly decreased.Conclusion:Foliar application of titanium microfertilizer can promote the growth ofPanax notoginseng,promote the synthesis of saponins and antagonize the accumulation of heavy metal Cu,and the appropriate concentration of titanium microfertilizer is 0.1%.This study provides basis for the application of titanium microfertilizer in cultivation of Panax notoginseng.
