摘要
化工行业机电安全主要是依托化工机械与设备,具有典型的交叉学科属性,以通用机械电气知识为基础,涵盖化工设备和化工容器等相关内容。因此,化工特色院校有必要根据化工机械设备应用场景建设机电安全相关课程。通过设置全面的课程内容,采用多元化的教学模式,并选用多种考核模式全面的评估学生学习效果,将传统的机电安全与化工设备课程进行了紧密的结合,提高了其在化工生产过程中机电安全专业知识的应用能力,为安全工程特色人才的培养提供坚实的保障。
Electromechanical Safety Technology in the chemical industry mainly relies on chemical machinery and equipment,which has typical interdisciplinary attributes.The content is based on general mechanical and electrical knowledge,covering chemical equipment,chemical containers and other related contents.Therefore,it is necessary for colleges and universities with chemical characteristics to build electromechanical safety related courses according to the application scenarios of chemical machinery and equipment.By setting up comprehensive course contents,adopting diversified teaching modes,and selecting a variety of assessment modes to comprehensively evaluate the learning effect of students,the traditional Electromechanical Safety and Chemical Equipment courses were closely combined,which improved the application ability of electromechanical safety professional knowledge in the process of chemical production,and provided a solid guarantee for the cultivation of safety engineering characteristic talents.
