摘要
为提升生产准备阶段物资的集中配套水平,探讨物资集中配套的改进方法,主要包括改进管理流程、完善物资需求计划、细化实践措施等。在此基础上,提出一种造船电气物资高效集配体系。研究成果可为造船电气物资集配提供一定参考。
In order to enhance the level of centralized matching of materials in the production preparation stage,improvement methods for centralized matching of materials are explored,mainly including improving management processes,improving material demand plans,and refining practical measures.On this basis,a high-efficiency centralized distribution system for shipbuilding electrical materials is proposed.The research results can provide some references for the collection and distribution of electrical materials in shipbuilding.
