摘要
母乳喂养对母亲及新生儿的短期及长期健康均有显著益处,但目前我国母乳喂养率尚未达到国际标准。随着椎管内分娩镇痛的应用越来越普遍,其对母乳喂养的影响也逐渐受到关注。文章综述了椎管内分娩镇痛对母乳喂养的影响、可能机制以及促进母乳喂养的有关策略,以期为提升分娩镇痛产妇的母乳喂养率提供指导。
Breastfeeding benefits mothers and newborns in the short and long‑term health,but currently,the breastfeeding rate in our country has not yet reached international standards.With the wide use of neuraxial labor analgesia,its impact on breastfeeding has also been gradually concerned.In this review,we summarized the effect of neuraxial labor analgesia on breastfeeding and the possi‑ble mechanism,also the relevant strategies for breastfeeding promotion to provide a guide for improving breastfeeding in mothers with labor analgesia.
