摘要
通过知情人士访谈、现场调查和数理统计等方法明确医院物资采供管理模式现存问题;采用层次分析法和鱼骨图,分析不同层级影响因素和相应的解决方法,形成采供一体化管理模式基本架构,并围绕雏形搭建智慧平台;平台应用前后的对比表明,物资采供服务总体满意度上升,采供效率大幅提高,PDCA循环得到有效应用,实现了优化采供流程、规范采供行为、强化数据支撑和落实监督评价,有效提升了管理部门和使用部门体验感,助力打造特色鲜明、功能互补的一院多区高质量协同发展新格局。
Through interviews with insiders,on-site surveys and mathematical statistics,the existing problems in the hospital material procurement and supply management model are clarified;the analytic hierarchy process and fishbone diagram are used to analyze the influencing factors and corresponding solutions at different levels to form the basic structure of an integrated management of procurement and supply,and build a smart platform based on the prototype;the comparison before and after the application of the platform shows that the overall satisfaction with material procurement and supply services has increased,the procurement and supply efficiency has been greatly improved,and the PDCA cycle has been effectively applied,optimizing the procurement and supply process and standardizing procurement and supply behavior,strengthening data support and implement supervision and evaluation,effectively improve the experience of management departments and user departments,and help create a new pattern of high-quality coordinated development of multiple districts in one hospital with distinctive characteristics and complementary functions.
