摘要
目的分析国内社会办医研究现况和发展趋势,以期为我国社会办医领域研究与实践提供参考依据。方法通过中国知网、维普以及万方数据库,获取2009—2021年国内社会办医研究文献相关信息,运用Citespace软件绘制科学知识图谱,对该领域发文作者、研究机构、研究热点和演变趋势进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献2203篇。目前已形成三个核心作者研究团队,团队间缺乏交流合作。研究热点聚焦于社会办医政策研究、现状分析、多维度发展、监督管理、人力资源等五个方面;2019年后未能形成具有影响力的新热点。结论国内社会办医领域的研究仍存在不足,建议加强合作与交流,推进实践性研究,探寻研究新热点。
Objective:To analyze the current status and development trends of social medical research in China and provide reference for research and practice in the field of socially-run medical services in China.Method:The relevant information of domestic medical research literature of socially-run medical services from 2009 to 2021 was obtained through CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases.And Citespace software was used to draw a scientific knowledge map to visually analyze the authors,research institutions,research hotspots and evolution trends in this field.Result:A total of 2,203 references were included.At present,three core author research teams have been formed,but there is a lack of communication and cooperation among the teams.The research focuses on five aspects:social medical policy research,current situation analysis,multidimensional development,supervision and management,and human resources.After 2019,no influential new hotspots have emerged.Conclusion:There are still shortcomings in the research of socially-run medical care in China.It is recommended to strengthen cooperation and exchange,promote practical research,and explore new research hotspots.
