摘要
大直径泥水盾构在接收及拆解过程中,常存在接收导台导轨定位不精准、掘进推力和姿态难以控制、盾构机栽头、台车难以平移等问题。以长株潭城际轨道交通西环线一期工程坪塘站-红桥站折返线区间大直径盾构为依托,研究大直径泥水盾构接收及拆解关键技术,提出预埋件五步定位+丝杆动态调控、盾体径向注浆辅助接收、二次导台及反力基座浇筑等综合工艺措施,解决了盾构机接收姿态与导台精准吻合的难题,实现了大直径泥水盾构出洞姿态可控及台车出洞的快速拆解。
In the process of receiving and disassembling of large⁃diameter slurry shield,there are many problems,such as inaccurate guide rail positioning of receiving guide table,difficult control of shield driving thrust and attitude,shield machine planting head and difficult moving of trolley.Based on the large⁃diameter slurry shield section of Pingtang Station to Hongqiao Station of the first phase of Changsha⁃Zhuzhou⁃Xiangtan Intercity Railway Transit West Ring Line,the key technology of receiving and disassembling of large⁃diameter slurry shield was studied,and the integrated technological measures such as five⁃step positioning of embedded parts&dynamic control of screw,auxiliary receiving of shield radial grouting,secondary guide table and reaction base pouring were put forward,which solved the problem of accurate matching between the receiving attitude of shield machine and guide table,and realized the controllable attitude of large⁃diameter slurry shield and the quick disassembly of the trolley out of the hole.
