摘要
现阶段,我国排污许可制度日渐完善,其在规范企业排污工作方面起到了关键作用。随着当前全社会范围内对环境工作提出的新要求,各种规模及类型的企业都应在排污许可制度约束下履行其环境保护责任,为环保工作做出应有的贡献。部分企业在环境责任方面还存在许多问题,这些企业需正确看待其环境责任,创新环境责任的实现路径。基于此,本文从排污许可制度下企业环境责任的重要性着手,分析其具体实现路径,对实际工作具有指导价值。
At the present stage,China's sewage discharge permit system is becoming more and more perfect,and it plays a key role in regulating enterprises'sewage discharge work.With the new requirements put forward by the whole society for environmental work,enterprises of all sizes and types need to fulfill their environmental responsibility under the constraints of the sewage permit system,and make due contributions to environmental work.Some enterprises still have many problems in environmental responsibility,these enterprises need to correctly view their environmental responsibility in the future,and innovate the realisation path of environmental responsibility.Based on this,this paper starts from the importance of corporate environmental responsibility under the sewage licensing system,and analyses the specific realization path,which has a guiding value for practical work.
