摘要
为探究家庭支持健康教育干预在改善肺结核患者生活质量(health related quality of life,HRQoL)方面的有效性,选取2021年1月—2023年1月广州市胸科医院新诊断的67例肺结核患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和研究组两组。对照组(n=33)给予常规护理干预,研究组(n=34)在对照组基础上给予家庭支持健康教育干预。分别于干预前及干预6个月后,对两组患者进行健康调查简表36(SF-36v2)问卷调查,分析家庭支持健康教育干预改善肺结核患者HRQoL的有效性。结果显示,基线HRQoL得分最低的三个领域分别是社会功能(SF)、身体状况角色限制(RP)和活力(VT)。干预6个月后,研究组HRQoL各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,家庭支持健康教育干预能有效改善肺结核患者的健康相关生活质量,建议将家庭支持健康教育纳入肺结核患者的常规管理。
To investigate the effectiveness of Family Support Health Education intervention in improving the quality of life(health related quality of life,HRQoL)of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,67 newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients from Guangzhou Chest Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group(n=33)received routine nursing intervention,while the study group(n=34)received Family Support Health Education intervention on the basis of the control group.Before and 6 months after the intervention,two groups of patients were surveyed using the SF-36v2 health survey questionnaire to analyze the effectiveness of Family Support Health Education intervention in improving HRQoL in pulmonary tuberculosis patients.The results showed that the three areas with the lowest baseline HRQoL scores were social function(SF),physical condition role restriction(RP),and vitality(VT).After 6 months of intervention,the HRQoL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Research has found that family support health education interventions can effectively improve the health-related quality of life of tuberculosis patients.It is recommended to include family support health education in the routine management of tuberculosis patients.
