摘要
以黄芪、枸杞为原料,经提取、浓缩、干燥、制粒等工艺制备得到黄芪枸杞保健颗粒。以出膏率为指标,采用单因素和正交试验优化提取工艺;以制粒评价为指标,采用单因素试验优化成型工艺。最终确认最佳制备工艺:加10倍量的水,浸泡50分钟,煎煮90分钟,提取3次,提取液浓缩为相对密度1.2的浸膏,药辅比1:1.3加入辅料(淀粉:蔗糖=1:5)制粒,干燥,整粒,即得。该制备工艺可行、合理,为黄芪枸杞保健颗粒的研发奠定基础。
Huangqi and Gouqi were used as raw materials,and Huangqigouqi Health Granules were prepared by extraction,concentration,drying,granulation and other processes.Taking the paste yield as the index,the extraction process was optimized by single-factor and orthogonal experiments.Taking granulation evaluation as the index,single-factor test was used to optimize the molding process.Finally,the best preparation process was confirmed:adding 10 times the amount of water,soaking for 50 minutes,decocting for 90 minutes,extracting 3 times,concentrating the extract into an extract with a relative density of 1.2,and adding auxiliary materials(starch:sucrose=1:5)to the ratio of 1:1.3 to granulate,dry,whole grain,and it is made.The preparation process is feasible and reasonable,which lays the foundation for the research and development of Huangqigouqi Health Granules.
