摘要
第24届世界石油大会于2023年9月17—21日在加拿大卡尔加里举行,大会主题是“能源转型:通往净零之路”,主要探讨石油公司在低碳背景下的能源转型趋势,以及未来能源发展的可能性和技术发展方向,为全球能源行业的发展提供了新的思路和方向。大会主要观点:能源安全是各国优先关注,多数发展中国家把能源安全、可及性、可负担性等作为首要任务;能源转型没有单一的途径和解决方案,各国需要选择适合自己的方式,“先立后破”的能源转型策略成为大会共识;天然气与碳捕集与封存(CCS)/碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)等负碳技术结合,将成为通往净零之路的重要桥梁;蓝氢将是未来碳捕集市场增长的重要推手;小型模块化核反应堆成为能耗巨大难采油气资源勘探开发的技术亮点。技术展示主要集中在碳减排、CCUS、氢能等领域:高浓度二氧化碳分离、捕集技术装置和低浓度二氧化碳地面、地下双路径捕集技术;LOHC-MCH液体储氢技术和青色氢技术等储运技术;甲烷减排及监测技术等。
The 24th World Petroleum Congress was held in Calgary,Canada in September 2023,with the theme"Energy Transition:The Path to Net Zero".The congress mainly discussed the transition trends of oil companies under the low-carbon background,as well as the possibilities and directions for future energy development.It provided new ideas and directions for the development of the global energy industry.The main points of the congress included:Most countries,especially developing countries regard energy security,accessibility,affordability,and so on as their top priority;there is no solution for all towards a cleaner energy future,and the strategy of"First Establish,Then Break"has become a consensus of the congress;the combination of natural gas and CCS/CCUS will play an important role in ensuring and bridging the future energy transition;blue hydrogen production will become an important driver for future carbon capture market growth;small modular nuclear reactors have become a technical highlight for exploring and developing energy resources with huge energy consumption.The technical progress displayed at this congress mainly focused on carbon emission reduction,CCUS,and hydrogen energy fields,including:high-concentration carbon dioxide separation and capture technology devices,low-concentration carbon dioxide ground and underground dual-path capture technology;LOHC-MCH liquid hydrogen storage technology,turquoise hydrogen storage technology,and other storage and transportation technologies;methane emission reduction and monitoring technology.
