摘要
文章阐述多元文化背景下高职思想政治教育的现状及不足之处,有针对性地提出多元文化背景下高职思想政治教育发展策略,即强化主流意识,提升文化自信;打造良好的校园环境,助力思想政治教育发展;“以人为本”,创新思想政治课程;引进企业文化,为思想政治教育赋能。
The article elaborates on the current situation and shortcomings of ideological and political education in vocational colleges in the background of multiculturalism,and proposes targeted development strategies for ideological and political education in vocational colleges in the background of multiculturalism,namely strengthening mainstream awareness and enhancing cultural confidence;creating a good campus environment to support the development of ideological and political education;“putting people first”and innovating ideological and political courses;and introducing corporate culture to empower ideological and political education.
