摘要
镀锡科学技术飞速发展,已经有了完整的、成熟的电镀工艺。研究锡的工艺发展历程对于锡的探索至关重要。从镀锡的历史出发,概括了镀锡的发展和工艺,并简单介绍了锡基合金的特点及应用。
Tin plating science and technology develop rapidly and has a complete and mature plating process.The process development history of tin is crucial to the exploration of tin.In this paper,the development and process of tin plating were outlined from the history of tin plating,and the characteristics and applications of tin-based alloys were introduced.
