摘要
近年来,广西壮族自治区贺州市在自然资源部、财政部的大力支持下初步构建了地质灾害群测群防、专业监测相结合的监测预警网络以及气象预警体系。文章以贺州市昭平县富裕村塘调组滑坡成功预警为例,详细分析了群测群防、专业监测相结合的监测预警网络以及气象预警体系的运行情况,切实降低了因地质灾害造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,取得了一定的阶段性成效,可为我国其他地区地质灾害预警预报提供借鉴。
In recent years,Hezhou City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,with the strong support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance,initially built a monitoring and early warning network and a meteorological early warning system combined with geological disaster mass prediction,mass prevention and professional monitoring.Taking the successful landslide warning of Tangtiao Group in Fuyu Village,Zhaoping County,Hezhou City as an example,the paper analyzed in detail the operation of the monitoring and warning network and meteorological early warning system,which combined group measurement and mass prevention with professional monitoring,effectively reduced the casualties and property losses caused by geological disasters,achieved certain stage results,and can provide reference for geological disaster warning and forecasting in other regions of China.
