摘要
根据生产线上电池装配流程,利用RobotStudio和SolidWorks软件完成电池装配和搬运工作的自动化生产线设计和布局,通过添加不同的smart组件,实现输送带传送、末端执行器抓取以及各种传感器的信号传递,完成了整个工作站中各部件之间的逻辑信号连接;再根据装配和搬运路径,编写机器人运动轨迹程序,实现工作站的自动化流程,为自动化生产线设计和调试提供了参考和理论依据。
According to the battery assembly process on the production line,the design and layout of the automated assembly and handling tasks for battery assembly were accomplished using RobotStudio and SolidWorks software.By adding various smart components,the automated production line achieved conveyor belt transportation,end effector grasping,and signal transmission from various sensors,establishing logical signal connections between components within the entire workstation.Furthermore,based on the assembly and handling paths,robot motion trajectory programs were developed to achieve automation in the workstation,providing references and theoretical basis for the design and debugging of the automated production line.
