摘要
目的分析应用持续质量改进后,在微生物检验中的效果以及对管理质量产生的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月菏泽市定陶区人民医院检验科的24名检验人员为研究对象参与此次研究,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组12名。对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取持续质量改进管理,两组均持续1个月,对比两组检验人员标本的达标率、管理质量。结果观察组的手部卫生意识、无菌操作意识及达标率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理后,观察组医务人员管理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在微生物检验中应用持续质量改进后,可有效提升管理质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying continuous quality improvement in microbial testing and its impact on management quality.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,24 inspectors from the laboratory of Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,12 in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given continuous quality improvement management.Both groups continued for 1 month.The compliance rate and management quality of the two groups of inspectors were compared.Results The hand hygiene awareness,aseptic operation awareness and compliance rate of the observation group were slightly higher than those of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After management,the management quality of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in microbiological testing can effectively improve management quality.
