摘要
输流管路的关键部件对管路振动有很大影响。首次将锰铜高阻尼合金材料应用于管路减振设计中,制作了锰铜阻尼合金三通管件,搭建了实验测试平台,实验研究了在简谐激励作用和工作状态下锰铜阻尼合金材料三通管件对输流管路振动幅频响应及加速度频响的振动特性的影响。研究发现高阻尼合金材料能够使结构振动的位移和加速度响应均有所降低。实验结果表明,通过合理的设计,将高阻尼合金材料合理应用输流管路系统,能够达到减振效果,研究结果可为高阻尼合金材料在输流管路减振设计应用提供参考。
The key components of the flow pipeline have a great influence on the pipeline vibration.In this paper,Mn-Cu high damping alloy material was first applied to the design of pipeline vibration reduction with the production of Mn-Cu damping alloy tee fittings and the construction of an experimental test platform.By doing experiments,we studied the effect of Mn-Cu damping alloy tee fittings on the vibration characteristics of the amplitude-frequency response and accel⁃eration frequency response of the flow pipeline under harmonic excitation and working state.We found that the high damping alloy material can reduce the displacement and acceleration responses of the structure vibration.The experi⁃mental results show that the vibration reduction effect can be achieved when the high damping alloy material is reason⁃ably applied to the flow transmission pipeline system through reasonable design.The research results can provide refer⁃ence for the application of high damping alloy material in the vibration reduction design of conveying pipeline.
