摘要
加快发展新能源是实现碳达峰碳中和目标、构建新型电力系统、促进电力安全供应能力提升的重要举措。益阳地区风光资源丰富,但受制于项目开发要素不足,用电水平相对落后,新能源接入、消纳成为全市电力发展的一大难题。本文系统梳理益阳地区新能源发展现状、发展潜力和对电网规划产生的具体影响,并在此基础上提出针对性对策建议,旨在确保新能源的科学有序接入、消纳。
Accelerating the development of new energy is an important measure to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,build a new power system,and promote the improvement of power security supply capacity.Yiyang area is rich in wind and solar resources,but due to the lack of project development elements and the relatively backward level of electricity consumption,new energy access and consumption have become a major problem in the city’s power development.This paper systematically reviews the development status,development potential and specific influence of new energy on power grid planning in Yiyang area,and accordingly puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to ensure the scientific and orderly access and consumption of new energy.
