摘要
家蚕暗化型突变是一种幼虫、蚕蛹及蚕蛾均有黑化表型的突变,有提高家蚕一代杂交种杂交率、增强家蚕抗性的作用。本文分析了家蚕暗化型突变研究及应用现状,阐述了蚕桑产业现状及发展趋势,并探讨了暗化型家蚕面临的发展困境及应用研究建议,以期为暗化型家蚕资源的开发利用提供参考,从而进一步促进我国蚕桑产业可持续发展。
Silkworm darkened mutation is a mutation with melanotic phenotype in larvae,pupae and moths,which can improve the hybridization rate of the first generation hybrid and enhance the resistance of the silkworm.This paper analyzed the research and application status of darkened mutation in silkworm,elaborated on the status and development trend of the sericulture industry,and explored the development difficulties and application research suggestions faced by darkened mutation in silkworm,in order to provide references for the development and utilization of darkened mutation in silkworm resources,and further promote the sustainable development of China's sericulture industry.
