摘要
脑小血管病(CSVD)主要以卒中、认知和情感障碍及总体功能下降为突出的临床表现,其中脑白质弥漫性损伤是该病的重要影像学特征。其发病机制目前仍不明确,也缺乏有效的治疗方法,而良好的脑白质损伤模型是研究其病理生理机制的基础。本文结合国内外脑白质损伤模型的研究现状,从动物类型的选择和造模方式两方面对脑白质损伤模型的研究进展进行综述,旨在为脑白质损伤模型的选择提供参考思路。
Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)mainly presents as stroke,cognitive and emotional disorders,and overall functional decline,with diffuse white matter injury being an important imaging feature of the disease.The pathogenesis of CSVD is still unclear,and there is a lack of effective treatment options.Therefore,a good model of white matter injury is essential for studying its pathophysiological mechanisms.This review discusses the research progress of white matter injury models in combination with the current status of domestic and internation-al studies.It focuses on the selection of animal types and modeling methods to provide reference ideas for the se-lection of white matter injury models.
