摘要
甘油法生产环氧氯丙烷的主要原料之一为HCl,若能很好地利用副产HCl或盐酸作为原料来生产环氧氯丙烷,可大幅度降低环氧氯丙烷的生产成本。本文主要阐述了甘油法环氧氯丙烷中间产物(二氯丙醇)的合成,针对不同类型的副产HCl及盐酸,从如何最大程度节约成本,延长运行周期的角度出发,给出了较合理的工艺路线。
One of the main raw materials for producing epichlorohydrin by glycerol method is HCl.If by-product HCl or hydrochloric acid can be effectively utilized as raw materials to produce epichlorohydrin,the production cost of epichlorohydrin can be greatly reduced.This article mainly discusses the synthesis of the intermediate product(dichloropropanol)in the glycerol method for producing epichlorohydrin.Starting from how to save costs to the maximum extent and extend the operation cycle,a reasonable process route is given for different types of by-product HCl and hydrochloric acid.
