摘要
目的对患者静脉注射治疗中循证护理方案的应用方式与效果进行详细探究。方法选择2022年1—12月静脉注射治疗患者共40例作为研究对象,根据护理模式差异,将所有患者分为参照组与实验组,每组各20例。对于两组患者,均采用常规护理方案,对于实验组患者,还需提供循证护理服务。比较两组患者静脉炎发生率、不良反应发生情况以及对于护理干预的满意度。结果实验组患者静脉炎发生率低于参照组;实验组患者不良情况发生率低于参照组;实验组患者护理满意度优于参照组患者护理满意度。上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施循证护理服务,根据护理干预中的常见问题,提出针对性改进策略,提升护理服务水平,降低患者静脉炎发生率,改善患者预后。
Objective To explore detailed application and effect of evidence-based nursing plans of patients with intravenous injection therapy.Methods The paper chose 40 patients treated with intravenous injection from January to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and experimental group based on difference in nursing modes,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine nursing plans,and experimental group with evidencebased nursing services on the basis.Incidence of phlebitis,adverse reactions,and satisfaction degree with nursing interventions were compared between two groups.Results Incidence of phlebitis in experimental group was lower than control group.Incidence of adverse events in experimental group was lower than control group.Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing services based on targeted improvement strategies for common problems can improve nursing service levels,reduce incidence of phlebitis,and improve prognosis in nursing interventions of patients.
