摘要
高等院校食堂作为学生和教职工的主要餐饮场所,其食品安全问题关系到广大师生的身体健康和生命安全。近年,随着社会各界对食品安全问题的日益关注,高等院校食堂的食品安全管理成为研究的热点。本文旨在通过对高等院校食堂食品安全现状进行深入分析和研究,提出相应的改进措施,为高校师生餐饮安全的保障提供重要依据和支持。
As the main dining place for students and staff,the canteen of higher education institutions has food safety issues related to the health and life safety of teachers and students.In recent years,with the increasing concern of the society about food safety,the food safety management of the cafeteria of higher education institutions has also become a hot spot of research.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the current situation of food safety in the canteens of institutions of higher learning,and put forward corresponding improvement measures,so as to provide an important basis and support for the protection of the catering safety of teachers and students in colleges and universities.
