河南省高校毕业生灵活就业意愿影响因素研究

摘要 基于2022年河南省部分高校毕业生(包括应、往届毕业生)灵活就业调查数据,分析其灵活就业选择影响因素。经Logistic回归模式分析研究发现,职业指导、政策支持、服务体系、社保健全和用工机制对于高校毕业生选择灵活就业均影响显著,提出要促进大学生灵活就业,大学生应当转变就业观念,提升个人能力,扩大社交圈;高校应当尊重大学生就业自主权,打通信息渠道,加强就业指导和服务;政府应当加大政策支持力度,推进立法制度建设,强化社会保障;企业应当改进用工制度和实习制度等建议。 Based on the survey data of flexible employment among graduates(including current and previous graduates)from some universities in Henan province in 2022,the paper analyzes the influencing factors in their choices about flexible employment.By using logistic regression model as the main analytical tool,it is found that career guidance,policy support,service system,complete social security,and employment mechanism have significant impacts on the flexible employment choices of university graduates.The paper puts forward some suggestions to promote flexible employment of college students.Firstly,college students should change their employment concepts,improve their personal abilities,and expand their social networks.Secondly,colleges and universities should respect the autonomy of college students in employment,open up information channels,and strengthen career guidance and services.Thirdly,the government should increase policy support,promote legislative and institutional construction,and strengthen social security.At the same time,enterprises should improve their employment and internship systems.
