基于船舶操纵模拟器的大型滚装船泊稳条件试验方法 被引量:2

摘要 为分析风、浪、流联合作用对大型滚装船泊稳性的影响,确定船舶泊稳条件,提出基于船舶操纵模拟器的大型滚装船泊稳条件试验方法。从船舶受力着手,构建基于风、浪、流效应的大型滚装船系泊运动数学模型,并将其运用于船舶操纵模拟器中,对船舶运动及船舶与系泊系统的相互作用过程进行数值模拟。以湛江港某4万t重大件滚装船为例,通过所建的仿真平台计算得到系泊船体运动量、系泊缆力和护舷反作用力,将其与OPTIMOOR软件的分析结果进行对比分析,并结合相关规范对2种环境下的船舶系泊进行安全校核,确定不可作业的风、浪、流条件。结果表明:所建立的大型滚装船系泊运动数学模型符合船舶系泊运动规律,缆绳的最大张力满足应用要求,验证了所建模型的正确性,进而证明了基于船舶操纵模拟器开展船舶泊稳条件试验的可行性。 In order to analyze the combined effects of wind,wave and current on the mooring stability of large Ro-Ro ships,and determine the mooring conditions accurately,a test method for mooring stability conditions of large Ro-Ro ships based on ship maneuvering simulators is proposed.Starting from the forces acting on ships,a mathematical model of large Ro-Ro ship mooring motion based on wind,wave and current effects is established.The model is applied in a ship maneuvering simulator,the ship motion and the interaction process between a ship and its mooring system are simulated numerically.Taking a 40000 t large Ro-Ro ship in Zhanjiang Port as an example,the ship mooring motion,mooring cable tension and fender reaction force are obtained through the simulation platform,and the data are compared with the analysis results of OPTIMOOR software.Combined with relevant regulations,safety check is carried out for ship mooring in two different environments,and the non-operational conditions of wind,wave and current are determined.The results show that the established mooring motion mathematical model of large Ro-Ro ships conforms to the law of ship mooring motion,and the maximum tension of cables meets the requirements,which verifies the correctness of the established model and further proves the feasibility of ship mooring stability condition tests based on ship maneuvering simulators.
