摘要
为了找到最佳的通风除尘系统,提高电铲机房内的散热除尘效果,分析了平朔露天矿区6种型号电铲的通风除尘系统,对比分析了各种通风除尘系统的相关参数。结果表明:滤筒式通风除尘系统过滤精度和过滤效率较高,散热除尘效果显著,改善了电铲机舱环境,减少了电气故障,延长了电气元件的使用寿命,降低了设备维修成本。
In order to find the best ventilation and dust removal system and improve the heat dissipation and dust removal effect of the electric shovel in the machine room,the article analyzes the ventilation and dust removal system of six types of electric shovel in Pingshuo open-pit mining area,and compares and analyzes the relevant parameters of various ventilation and dust removal systems.The results show that the filter drum ventilation and dust removal system has high filtration accuracy and filtration efficiency,significant heat dissipation and dust removal effect,and improves the environment of the electric shovel engine room,reduce electrical faults,extend the service life of electrical components,and reduce equipment maintenance costs.
