摘要
针对数据中心散热量大、制冷能耗高、碳减排压力大的难点,设计了CO_(2)热泵储能系统。该系统采用CO_(2)热泵提取数据中心余热,并产出生活热水,同时利用热泵压缩机出口的CO_(2)进一步存储电能,以便在用电高峰期为数据中心提供电力。为了得到系统性能,建立了相应的热力学仿真模型,并分析了等熵效率、换热窄点温差、压降损失及储能时长对系统性能的影响。在数据中心制冷量5000 kW的设计工况下,该系统可为数据中心提供冷量5000 kW,发电500 kW×6 h,可提供热水940.33 t,相应的储能效率及热泵制冷系数分别为58.62%、6.21。此外,等熵效率越高,换热窄点温差及压降损失越小,则系统性能越好,而储能时长对储能效率无影响。
Facing with the difficulties of date center:large heat dissipation,high cooling energy consumption and high potential of carbon emission reduction,a CO_(2) heat pump energy storage system is designed.The system employs CO_(2) heat pump to extract the waste heat of data center and produce domestic hot water.Meanwhile,the CO_(2) at the outlet of heat pump compressor is used to further store power,so as to provide electricity to the data center during the peak period.In order to obtain the system performance,the corresponding thermodynamic model is established,and the effects of isentropic efficiency,pinch point temperature difference of heat exchanger,pressure drop and energy storage duration on the system performance are also analyzed.Under the design conditions,the system can provide 5000 kW of cooling capacity,500kW×6h of electricity,and 940.33 tons of hot water for the data center.The corresponding energy storage efficiency and refrigeration coefficient are 58.62%and 6.21 respectively.Furthermore,at a higher isentropic efficiency,a smaller temperature difference of heat exchanger and a smaller pressure drop,better system performances can be derived.However,the energy storage duration has no effect on the energy storage efficiency.
