摘要
目的探究针对性护理干预用于临床针灸治疗周围性面瘫的效果。方法筛选于莲花县琴亭镇卫生院收治的周围性面瘫患者44例,时间范围为2021年3月至2022年3月,随机将其分为对照组(针灸治疗+常规护理)和观察组(针灸治疗+针对性护理),每组各22例,判定两组护理效果差异。结果与对照组相比较,观察组恢复优良率更高,护理后观察组面肌功能简易评分量表(Portmann)、躯体功能评分(FDIP)、社会功能评分(FDIS)更高,症状评分更低,且焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分更低(均P<0.05)。结论予以周围性面瘫针灸治疗患者针对性护理干预效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention in clinical acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 44 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were screened from March 2021 to March 2022,and randomly divided into control group(acupuncture plus routine nursing)and observation group(acupuncture plus targeted nursing),with 22 cases in each group,and the difference of nursing effect between the two groups was judged.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher rate of excellent recovery,higher Portmann scores,FDIP,and FDIS,lower symptom scores,and lower scores on the self-assessment scale for anxiety and the selfassessment scale for depression in the observation group after the nursing care(all P<0.05).Conclusions The targeted nursing intervention for patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated by acupuncture is effective.
