摘要
目的:系统评价创伤患儿照顾者支持需求的质性研究,为提高创伤患儿生活质量提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、MedLine、EBSCO、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库中关于创伤患儿照顾者支持需求的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年3月。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准(2016)对纳入研究进行质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合。结果:共纳入14项研究,提炼出56个研究结果,归纳成9个新的类别,形成4个整合结果,即信息需求、心理需求、社会支持需求、延续护理需求。结论:医护人员应重视创伤患儿照顾者照护体验和需求,及时给予医疗信息、情感和社会支持,并完善出院延续护理,引导照顾者更好地适应角色转变,进一步提高患儿的生存质量,帮助患儿更好地回归社会。
Objective:To conduct a qualitative study on the support needs of caregivers for children with trauma,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of life of children with trauma.Methods:Computer searches were conducted on PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,MedLine,EBSCO,CNKI,WanFang Database,CBM,and VIP for qualitative research on the support needs of caregivers for traumatic children.The retrieval time was from the inception to March 2023.The quality evaluation of the included studies was conducted using the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)evidence-based healthcare center′s qualitative research quality evaluation standards(2016),and the results were integrated using a pooled integration method.Results:A total of 14 articles were included,and 56 research results were extracted and summarized into 9 new categories,forming 4 integrated results,namely information needs,psychological needs,social support needs,and continuing care needs.Conclusion:Medical staff should pay attention to the care experience and needs of caregivers of trauma-affected children,provide timely medical information,emotional and social support,and improve discharge continuing care,guide caregivers to better adapt to role changes,to further improve the quality of life of children,and help children return to society better.
