基于ABC分类法与正态分布模型的配电网定额储备物资管理方法 被引量:1

摘要 常规的配电网定额储备物资管理方法多采用特征分类原理设计,在实际管理过程中,存在定额储备物资库存周转率较低的问题,降低了供电公司利益效率。为改善此问题,本文开展了基于ABC分类法、PRS分类法与正态分布模型的配电网定额储备物资管理方法研究。首先,利用ABC分类法、PRS分类法分类配电网储备物资,判断配电网是否需要纳入储备物资。其次,在此基础上,利用正态分布模型建立需求满足率与储备数量的数量关系,使物资库存量满足配电网的运行需求。结果表明,按照提出方法管理配电网定额储备物资后,物资库存周转率较高,在供电公司同额资金下,有效提升了定额储备物资管理利益率。 The conventional management methods for quota reserve materials in distribution networks often adopt the principle of feature classification design.In the actual management process,there is a problem of low inventory turnover rate of quota reserve materials,which reduces the efficiency of power supply companies.To improve this issue,this paper conducted research on the management method of distribution network quota reserve materials based on ABC classification,PRS classification,and normal distribution model.Firstly,use ABC classification and PRS classification to classify the reserve materials of the distribution network,and determine whether the distribution network needs to be included in the reserve materials.Secondly,based on this,a normal distribution model is used to establish the quantitative relationship between demand satisfaction rate and reserve quantity,so that the material inventory meets the operational needs of the distribution network.Results show that after managing the distribution network quota reserve materials according to the proposed method,the material inventory turnover rate is higher,and under the same amount of funds of the power supply company,the profit rate of quota reserve material management is effectively improved.
