摘要
目的:探讨粤澳两地护生参与湾区内跨境交流学习体验,为制定更完善的跨境教学合作方案提供参考。方法:采用描述性质性研究,邀请10名具有跨境学习经历的粤澳两地护生进行半结构式访谈。使用内容分析法,整理资料,分析提炼主题。结果:分析出4个主题和8个亚主题:1)参与跨境学习项目的积极影响(增强外语沟通及表达能力、开阔了护理视野、提高了职业认同感);2)适应障碍(语言沟通障碍、文化与社会适应障碍);3)对教师的角色感知:亦师亦友亦父母;4)对跨境学习项目的期待与需求(增加跨境学习机会、拓宽跨境学习资助渠道、畅通相关跨境学习项目的信息渠道)。结论:开放合作是促进两地护理教育事业发展的必由之路,但目前合作仍有不足,政府及高校应重视学生的需求,加强跨境学习项目教育与管理的顶层设计,促进两地合作项目的顺利推进。
Objective:To explore the cross-border exchange learning experience of nursing students from Guangdong and Macao in the Greater Bay Area to provide reference for formulating a complete cross-border teaching cooperation program.Methods:A descriptive qualitative study was conducted,and 10 nursing students from Guangdong and Macao with cross-border learning experiences were invited to conduct semi-structured interviews.The content analysis method was used to organize data and analyze and refine themes.Results:A total of 4 themes and 8 sub-themes were analyzed:Positive impact of participating in cross-border learning projects(enhancing foreign language communication and expression skills,broadening nursing horizons,and improving professional identity);Adaptation barriers(language communication obstacles,cultural and social adaptation barriers);Perception of the role of teachers:teachers,friends and parents;Expectations and needs for cross-border learning projects(increasing cross-border learning opportunities,broadening cross-border learning funding channels,smoothing Information channels for relevant cross-border study projects).Conclusions:Open cooperation is a significant way to promote the development of nursing education between the two places,but there are still shortcomings in the current cooperation.The government and universities should pay attention to the needs of students,strengthen the top-level design of cross-border learning programs in education and management,and promote the smooth progress of cooperation projects between the two places.
