摘要
目的探讨床旁人形图交班表在重症患者皮肤交接班中的应用效果。方法收集2022年1月—2023年3月在福建省立医院接受治疗的112例ICU重症患者,参照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各56例。对照组患者接受ICU重症患者常规皮肤交接班,观察组患者接受床旁人形图交班表主导的皮肤交接班。比较两组皮肤交接班时间、特护单书写质量、护理满意度差异。结果观察组的ICU重症患者皮肤交接班时间短于对照组,且交班时间分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的特护单书写质量优于对照组,皮肤记录有遗漏、未及时更新记录患者皮肤改变情况、患者皮肤损伤部位描述不够准确、特护单描述冗长等发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理安全、药品及物资管理、健康教育、组织管理等评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论床旁人形图交班表应用于ICU重症患者中,可有效增加皮肤交接班效率、增加特护单书写质量及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of bedside humanoid shift chart in skin shift of severe patients.Methods A total of 112 critically ill ICU patients treated in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were collected and divided into control group and observation group with 56 cases in each group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine skin shift of critically ill ICU patients,and patients in the observation group received skin shift led by bedside humanoid shift table.Skin shift time,quality of special care sheet writing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The skin shift time of ICU patients in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the shift time classification was better than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The writing quality of the special care sheet in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of missing or not timely updated skin records to record the skin changes of patients,inaccurate description of the skin injury site of patients,and lengthy description of the special care sheet were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of nursing safety,drug and material management,health education and organization management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bedside humanoid shift table in ICU patients can effectively increase the efficiency of skin shift,improve the quality of special care sheet writing and nursing satisfaction.
